Based in Wesley Chapel, Vito Rose Bagels invites guests to “Experience the freshness of our handcrafted bagels made from locally sourced ingredients.” The brand has made a name for itself by catering and servicing delivery orders, and now it’s preparing to launch a brick-and-mortar restaurant in New Port Richey.
The new Vito Rose Bagels storefront will be located at 9820 Little Road, in the Shoppes at Golden Acres Shopping Center.
Vito Rose Bagels come in varieties like Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil (Experience the fusion of fresh sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and garlic infused into our signature Vito Rose bagel) and the Butter Bagel (Experience the scrumptious Vito Rose Butter Bagels made with sweetened dough, butter, and sprinkled cracked sea salt). Bagel Sandwiches include the Classic, the Lox & Cream Cheese, and the Vito (sun-dried tomato basil bagel, prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato, arugula, balsamic glaze).
“Each bagel is carefully crafted with a crisp shell and a soft, chewy center, achieved through traditional boiling and baking methods,” says the Vito Rose Bagels website. “Our cream cheeses are expertly mixed by hand using fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs & spices for a delightful burst of flavors.”
What Now confirmed news of the opening with owner Timothy Neal on Tuesday. Neal was not immediately available to discuss the opening.
