“Elegance In Every Sip,” declares the website of Vino & Vibes, a new bar opening in New Port Richey. “Indulge in the art of fine wine and craft beer at our high-class and inviting wine bar. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a laid-back evening, our carefully curated selection promises a sophisticated and relaxing experience.

Founded by two local entrepreneurs, Carla and Nancy, this new spot is set to open at 6317 Adams St., offering not only wine and craft beer but “artisanal charcuterie, tapas and desserts—all set to the sounds of live acoustics and piano nights.”

The specifics are still to come as far as the Vino & Vibes menu, but the website promises an “Exquisite Wine Selection” in which “each sip unveils a narrative of dedication and craftsmanship,” plus “Craft Beer Delights” and “Perfect Pairings.”

What Now reached out to co-owner Nancy Hegr on Wednesday to ask about plans for the opening. Hegr was not immediately available for comment.

Opening in the Adams Street location, Vino & Vibes will join a restaurant and bar community that includes Fitzgerald’s Irish Tavern, Steamworks Pub, Herschel’s Scratch Kitchen, The Kangaroo, and more.

You can keep up with the opening by following @vino.and.vibes.2025 on Instagram.
