Dining cruise company Yacht Starship appears to be planning to take its hospitality onto dry land. Plan review paperwork was submitted recently by Yacht Starship Dining Cruises LLC for a restaurant project called Craft at 333 S Franklin St., the address of the Tampa Convention Center.

Based both in Clearwater and in Tampa, at 603 Channelside Drive, Yacht Starship offers brunch, lunch, and dinner cruises. Dinner cruises include entrées like Honey Chicken (Honey glazed chicken breast with pineapple chutney over smoked chili cream with smoked Gouda, mashed potatoes and fresh seasonable vegetables), Espresso Braised Beef, and Shrimp Sir Fry.

The details surrounding Craft and its menu are unknown for the moment. What Now reached out on Wednesday to Yacht Starship President and CEO Troy Manthey to inquire about Yacht Starship’s plans at the convention center. Manthey was not immediately available for comment.

The Tampa Convention Center is currently home to food and drink spots like Big Ray’s Fish Camp on the Riverwalk, The Sail Plaza, and Datz Deli.
