Allanburgers, a new burger-focused concept from The Go-Go Food Co., is getting ready to open in Allanburg at 1874 Highway 20.
The company’s latest project appears to be spearheaded by Lorenzo Lucchetta, lead driver and owner of The Go-Go Food Co. While an exact opening date has not yet been announced, preparations are currently underway. Lucchette is also teasing the opening online, saying it will open very soon. Guests can expect a fast-casual burger spot grounded in the company’s commitment to “Traditionally Inspired Foods.”
The Go-Go Food Co. operates several brands across Southern Ontario, including La Cucina A Go-Go, Lorenzo’s Diner, Canadana A Go-Go, and its flagship food truck, The Go-Go Food Co. Known for mobility and regional flair, the company has built a strong following with its rotating food truck lineup and community-focused approach.
The launch of Allanburgers marks a rare brick-and-mortar move for the otherwise mobile brand, bringing its signature food truck energy to a permanent roadside location in Allanburg. It also continues the company’s expansion into local dining concepts tied to Ontario towns and culinary traditions.
While specific menu details for Allanburgers have not been shared, the name and concept suggest a focus on classic and regional burgers. Given the parent company’s reputation, guests can likely expect creative variations alongside traditional fare, possibly with influences from Canadian and Italian cuisine, drawn from its sister concepts.
Lucchetta and the team have not yet issued a formal press release, but early branding and social media indicate Allanburgers will reflect the same playful, nostalgia-driven identity as the group’s other ventures. More details are expected to be announced closer to the opening.
