The restaurant will close on January 31, 2026, after eight years of operations, according to YourCityWithin. While Big Trouble Pizza is closing, the owners have teased a yet-to-be-announced venture that they say reflects their creativity and passion.

“With that being said, we are working on a new project,” the team shared on Instagram. “It’s something that we’ve been focusing more and more on over the last couple of months. What’s coming is something we are enthusiastic and passionate about.”

Big Trouble Pizza became known for its inventive menu, including signature pizzas such as the Butter Jam Jam, featuring buttercream sauce and raspberry jam, and the Kung Finghi, with sautéed mushrooms and truffle oil.
