Pho Anh Vu, widely recognized for its outstanding pho and authentic Vietnamese fare, is set to open a new location at 45 Eglinton Ave. E., near the bustling Yonge and Eglinton intersection.

The new site will occupy the space formerly held by Snakes and Lattes, which closed in late 2024, according to the Daily Hive. Pho Anh Vu’s arrival at this prime location marks a significant expansion for the chain, which now operates 13 locations across Canada, including four in Toronto, seven in Ontario, and additional restaurants in Montreal and Vancouver. The official opening date has not been announced yet, but signage at the site indicates that the restaurant is “coming soon.”

What Now previously reported Pho Anh Vu’s plans to open two new Ontario locations in Scarborough and Mississauga. The Scarborough site, located at 1-4733 Steeles Avenue East, officially opened on May 31, offering authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The Mississauga location at 1482 Dundas Street East, across from Dixie Decor Centre, recently opened within the Creekside Crossing.

Known for its oversized bowls of pho and a diverse menu featuring other Vietnamese classics, such as Com Tam and Bun, Pho Anh Vu has quickly grown since its 2019 debut in North York. The new Eglinton location continues the trend of successful businesses occupying the space, which previously housed popular chains such as Spring Rolls and Lime Rickey’s diner.
