Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, a Canadian breakfast and brunch restaurant chain, is getting ready to open several new locations across the Greater Toronto Area, including Brampton, Trenton, Belleville, London, Alcona, Shelburne, and Cambridge.

The company’s new locations are listed as coming soon on its website, with planned addresses at 160 Main Street South in Brampton, 1124 Innisfil Beach Road in Alcona, 801 Ojibway Road in Shelburne, 200 Franklin Boulevard in Cambridge, 17518 Old Highway 2 in Trenton, 192 Bell Boulevard in Belleville, and 952 Southdale Road West in London. While exact opening dates have not yet been announced, these additions reflect continued momentum for the brand in and around Toronto. Previously, What Now reported on Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House expanding to Mississauga, where a new restaurant is currently under construction. Customers can expect the same breakfast focused menu, casual dine in environment, and all day brunch offerings found at existing locations.

Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House was founded in Ontario in 2016 and has steadily expanded throughout the province and beyond. The brand has grown through franchising, with a strong presence in suburban and secondary markets. A representative from the company tells What Now that all new sites will be franchised. Growth within the GTA remains a key part of the company’s expansion strategy. The upcoming locations are situated in communities experiencing continued residential and commercial development. Brampton, Alcona, Shelburne, and Cambridge each offer steady daytime traffic and established retail corridors that align with Stacked’s operating model.

This will be an excellent landing space for the brand as it continues to build regional coverage. Each restaurant is expected to follow the company’s standard layout and service approach. Stacked’s menu centers on pancakes, waffles, French toast, eggs Benedict, omelettes, and breakfast hashes, along with burgers, wraps, and lighter options. The concept also includes gluten-friendly and vegetarian offerings, as well as a dedicated kids menu. Beverage options range from coffee and specialty lattes to smoothies and juices.
