A fresh new Asian restaurant is blooming into Lakeland this spring. Ahi Asian Bistro, the latest from owner Lin Chen, is preparing to bring a fusion of Chinese and Japanese cuisine to the Memphis area in the near future, reports Commercial Appeal.
The fusion restaurant will be opening as a part of Lakeland Town Square. Ahi Asian Bistro is occupying a storefront located at 9789 Market Green Place South. A commercial alteration permit filed with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development shows that the restaurant space will provide Ahi Asian Bistro with 3,035 square feet of space in which to greet and serve guests. The eatery will have an occupant load of 109.
While a precise opening date is not presently available, Ahi Asian Bistro is eying a spring opening. Once the concept opens its doors, customers can look forward to enjoying a unique blend of Chinese and Japanese cuisine, including hibachi, seafood, and sushi.
