Prince St. Pizza is a rapidly growing pizza chain that is set to establish its first location in Louisiana. According to The Advocate, the first Louisiana location will be in Baton Rouge in a former Blaze Pizza location at 6556 Siegen Ln. Founded in New York City, Prince St. Pizza is known for its square Sicilian-style pies. The restaurant also sells Neapolitan-style pizza, salads, appetizers, and desserts. The new location is set to open in early 2026, and What Now New Orleans has reached out for more information.

Prince St. Pizza has grown significantly since its original location in New York City. After staging a pop-up in Los Angeles in 2019 that turned him on to the brand, chief executive Lawrence Longo has helped to drive a significant expansion of the brand. Prince St. Pizza now has 18 locations, including one in Toronto.
