Sky Deck in late spring 2021 will open its Brewers Deck, according to a Grand Opening event page for Northern Pine Brewing, one of the three tenants that will collectively encompass the elevated outdoor deck.
The party is slated for Friday, May 28, and is open to the public, at 12925 El Camino Real. “We’re counting down the days,” Northern Pine writes on the event page. “This event is free, but please RSVP so that we can stay in touch and update you with details as the event nears!”
Joining Northern Pine in the Brewers Deck are Rough Draft Brewing and Boochcraft Kombucha. Down below, Sky Deck will play host to a variety of “culinary destinations,” and as of January reached 100 percent occupancy, according to an announcement at the time.
The full lineup of dining options includes: Understory by Scott Slater, Ambrogio15, Urbana Mexican Gastronomy, Le Parfait Paris, J at Sky Deck, Craft House, Kiin Extraordinary Thai. Marufuku Ramen, Zizikis Street Food, and Glass Box, (plus the Brewers Deck).
Sky Deck is a new addition to the Del Mar Highlands Town Center shopping district and is part of a $120 million expansion of the property that has been in the works for several years.
“We celebrate these new openings as part of the expansion at Del Mar Highlands Town Center,” Tim Sullivan, property manager of Del Mar Highlands, said in a prepared statement. “Customers can truly enjoy the day with us with a full array of fitness, dining, service, and necessity destinations. Each new retailer adds to the one-of-a-kind experiences to be had at the Center, from day to night.”
