Pure Project Vista recently opened at 1305 Hot Spring Way as the new location will reportedly increase the brewery’s production to 10,000 barrels per year.

The 14,000-square-foot facility includes a 15-barrel brewhouse and a large indoor/outdoor tasting room for customers to enjoy.

“On April 8 we opened the outdoor patio for on-site enjoyment as well as to-go sales,” Pure Project Marketing Manager Lily Howard said in an email to What Now San Diego. “We are still working on finishing the renovations on the inside of the building (both the brewhouse and indoor taproom), which we will open once complete.”

She hopes to start brewing at Vista in June and to have the indoor taproom finished and open over the course of the summer.

Home to nearly 20 craft breweries, Vista should prove an ideal spot for Pure Project’s home base.

Hours will be 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays, 11 a.m to 10 p.m. on Saturdays, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.

With locations in Miramar, Carlsbad, and Balboa Park, Pure Project offers a craft brewery for those who believe that quality ingredients and attention to detail matter, from grain to glass.

The new location will house all of Pure Project’s brewing and canning operation, expanded administrative offices, as well as a new outdoor tasting room.
