A new Blue Bottle Coffee will be opening in The Collection at UTC later this year.
The Collection at UTC is a 193,708 square-foot development in the heart of the open-air University Town Center district in San Diego. It consists of new retail, entertainment, restaurants, and office space and is designed to be an eat-work-play environment for all who visit.
Eater San Diego reports that the coffee shop will open in the summer and plans to grow its San Diego presence in the coming years.
Found in downtown San Diego, at 180 Broadway Suite 101, Blue Bottle Coffee has grown to a network of cafes across the U.S., Japan, and Korea. On its website, it says more cafes will be coming soon.
