A new escape room, Old Town Escape Barn, is in the works for San Diego.
Opening on Ampudia Street, the new business is seeking a neighborhood development and conditional-use permit.
A website has already been created for Old Town Escape Barn.
“San Diego, California… Ready to Escape?” it asks. “Coming soon.”
Owner Jim Chu Nguyen declined to comment at this time.
The new escape room hopes to inspire teams and provide a unique way to strengthen relationships. The immersive experience will include an “Alaskan Gold Mine Escape” and others coming soon.
Located at 3886 Ampudia St., the escape room will be just off the San Diego Freeway and right by the Courtyard by Marriott in San Diego Old Town.
