Two Hands Corn Dogs will be bringing their outrageous fried-up concoctions to San Diego soon. A recent food permit filing has placed them on Mira Mesa Boulevard. According to their Website, this will be the first of two San Diego locations.

The franchise business is riding the “Korean Wave” of fast-growing, Korean-style street foods. The brand takes the familiar American favorite and adds a Korean-influenced interpretation, upgrading the Fair food from the inside out.

Two Hands’ specialty is over-the-top corn dogs, like the Spicy Dog covered in Hot Cheeto powder, and the Potato Dog which is wrapped in crispy potato cubes and covered in signature Dirty Sauce. Inside the crispy heap you can choose from an all-beef sausage, mozzarella, a combination of each, and soon they’ll be offering a vegan sausage.

No update just yet about the opening of the first San Diego location or where the second San Diego location will land. By the looks of their expansion plan listed on their Website, this is only one of 16 other locations being planned in California.
