New York-based Shake Shack has plans to expand locally in Northern California and announced its third area site inside Palladio at 210 Palladio Parkway, Suite 2105. A sign has gone up for the upcoming Folsom restaurant for the space next to Noah’s New York Bagels.
The first Sacramento area Shake Shack opened in 2020 at Ice Block in Midtown Sacramento. A second was opened in Roseville’s Galleria soon after. While Shake Shack offers international licensing, all domestic locations are owned and operated directly by the corporation. The company currently operates 330 restaurants in 33 U.S. states and 510 restaurants globally, according to a recent press release.
The new Shake Shack location is anticipated to open in the fall, according to a press release from Palladio. The restaurant will be joining a handful of other confirmed tenants announced earlier this year, including Pier 50 Sushi, Dave & Buster’s, TRU Bowl Superfood Bar, and retail brand Lunch Box. What Now Sacramento reached out to Shake Shack, but a representative was not available for comments.
