Liz Modern Asian is gearing up to open doors at Scottsdale Quarter, as evidenced by a recently issued liquor license from the state of Arizona. The new restaurant will take over the former Le Macaron French Pastries space at 15323 N. Scottsdale Road.

Based on our source, Liz Modern Asian is sure to serve alcohol in some form but other than that, their website only says that they will have “great Hong Kong style food – made from scratch!” Their food and drink menu is still in the works, which leaves us to our imagination as to what delicious flavors are in store for our taste buds.

What Now Phoenix has been in touch with the owner of Liz Modern Asian, who’ve confirmed their business is coming soon but were otherwise unavailable for comment at the time of publication. They’re ostensibly very busy preparing for what is sure to be a successful grand opening. For more information, visit lizmodernasianrestaurant.com.
