Could The Corner Slice, a pizza restaurant in Steamboat Springs, be expanding its presence in Colorado? According to leasing intel, The Corner Slice’s parent company, Ski BF2 LLC, may be leasing a space in downtown Fort Collins to open a second restaurant.

The Corner Slice owner Bryan Baker did not return What Now Denver’s request for information, but it looks like the new restaurant may open at 172 N. College Ave., Fort Collins, CO 80524 sometime in the future.

Baker has owned The Corner Slice since 2018 bringing New York-style pizzas to Steamboat Springs via dine-in, takeout, and delivery options. The Steamboat Springs location has eight local beers on tap and a full bar, along with live music for entertainment.

You can choose from one of The Corner Slice’s creations such as the Hot Mahalo with mozzarella, bacon, pineapple, and hot peppers or the Baker’s Pesto Pie featuring pesto, mozzarella, chicken, and prosciutto.

Or, you can build your own pie with choices of regular, gluten-free, or dairy-free cheese plus a range of toppings—chicken, meatball, breaded eggplant, and more. The menu includes salads, hero sandwiches, and calzones, along with a large selection of small bites and desserts.
