Republic National Distributing Company LLC (RNDC), a major U.S. beverage distributor, is preparing layoffs in Colorado. The company filed a WARN notice with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. The layoffs add to a broader wave of job cuts across multiple states.
Republic National Distributing Company LLC Announces Mass Layoffs
On April 23, RNDC filed a notice under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act. According to the filing, the company will cease operations at its facility at 8000 Southpark Terrace, Littleton, CO 80120, resulting in 320 job cuts.
The layoffs are scheduled to take effect on June 21, 2026, or within 14 days of the expected date. In the filing, said it has been exploring the sale of certain assets.
The transaction has since been finalized with Reyes Holdings LLC. Operations will be affected at the company’s facilities in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maryland, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Washington DC.
Citing broad workforce reductions tied to the Reyes Holdings transaction, the company has also filed WARN notices in several other states.
On April 23, the company filed the notice with the state of South Carolina. The company will close its facility at 410 Foster Brothers Drive in West Columbia, South Carolina. The closure will result in the layoff of 451 employees between June 7, 2026, and July 5, 2026.
The company also notified the state of Arizona about the layoff of 211 employees at the facility at 402 S. 54th Place, Phoenix, Arizona 85034.
On April 22, RNDC filed the WARN notice for four of its facilities in Florida. The layoffs are scheduled to take effect from June 21 through July 5, 2026. Affected locations and employee counts include:
- 441 SW 12 Ave, Deerfield Beach, FL, 33442 – 363 employees affected
- 9423 North Main Street, Jacksonville, FL, 32218 – 169 employees affected
- 6256 North W Street, Pensacola, FL, 32305 – 121 employees affected
- Savarese Circle North, Tampa, FL, 33634 – 393 employees affected
