According to recent reporting, the Paris-inspired food truck Holy Crepes will soon open its first brick and mortar location. The eatery will be located inside of North Market Bridge Park at 6750 Longshore St in Dublin.
What Now Columbus spoke with Enis Ndreu, owner of Holy Crepes, and learned that he hopes to open some time in August. With the new location, there will not only be dining space, the booth will seat around 15 when the weather permits the roll up doors to remain open, but there will also be new menu offerings.
Ndreu confirmed that customers will still be able to find all the sweet and savory crepes they know and love from the food truck like Nutella and banana or the savory favorite Philly cheesesteak, and there will be some new crepe flavors introduced.
Ndreu also plans to offer ice cream made by a local creamery and pair it with his legendary crepes, along with brunch options and some rotating crepe specials. Besides the added crepes, the expanded menu will also feature baguette sandwiches such as ham and cheese, along with a selection of sweet and savory croissants.
Holy Crepes began operating as a food truck in the Columbus area in 2017.
