Artisan cookie-focused Not As Famous Cookie Company is moving on up from a food truck to the business’ first-ever brick-and-mortar location. Planned at 2420 Atlanta Road SE, Suite 300, in Smyrna, Owner Ashley R. Carlton will serve his customizable products, which include cookie skillets, cookie shakes, and cookie sandwiches. Signature flavors include apple crisp, Mississippi mud, peanut butter brookie, and s’mores. The opening is expected by November, Carlton told What Now Atlanta.
All of the recipes at Not As Famous Cookie Company belongs to Carlton’s father Ronald. For approximately five years now, he has been offering the delectable snacks through his food truck and at local events, such as the Atlanta Ice Cream Festival.
Carlton plans to eventually expand with another location around the Atlanta area, but won’t begin his search for a new spot until sometime next year.
