One of Ohio’s Oldest Craft Breweries Opening Taproom and Kitchen Later This Year

According to recent reporting, Ohio craft brewery Maumee Bay Brewing Co. is opening Shawnee Station Taproom and Kitchen later this year at 6058 Glick Rd. The taproom is named after Shawnee Station, the 14,000 square foot retail plaza where its located.

Established in 1995, Maumee Bay Brewing Co. is based in Toledo and is one of Ohio’s oldest craft breweries. Maumee Bay Brewing Co. tells What Now Columbus that the taproom will offer a chef-driven menu, a diverse selection of guest taps, craft cocktails and an extensive wine list. Although a menu hasn’t been shared yet, the eatery confirms that it will serve lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. 

Guests will find Maumee Bay Brewing Co.’s top-selling beers Glasshopper IPA and Buckeye Lager among many others offered by the Toledo-based microbrewery.
