Local Vietnamese restaurant Ba Bellies is closing its doors after 5 years on Peachtree Corners, with future plans of relocation.

The restaurant, which first opened its doors in 2016 at 6025 Peachtree Parkway, will officially close on August 27th according to an official Instagram post. “This may seem abrupt, but we have been looking to relocate for some time,” the post reads. According to the restaurant, plans for relocation have been in the works for months, however, the Covid-19 pandemic ultimately pushed them back.

“PTC has been our home for the last 6 years, and we will miss our regulars greatly. We’ve built so many relationships that we hope will continue beyond this address. Stay tuned for updates on our next adventure!”

Ba Bellies specializes in traditional Vietnamese food with a modern twist according to the restaurant’s website. “The menu offers popular Vietnamese fares as well as reinterpreted dishes with our own flare.” Often dubbed as an “Asian gastropub” due to the rotating list of local craft beers, Ba Bellies serves both high-quality food and drinks.

The location of the new restaurant has not yet been released and Co-Owner David Nguyen was not immediately available for comment Monday.
