Sicilian Oven, a South Florida restaurant known for its wood-fired pizzas and Italian cuisine, is preparing to open three new locations in Doral, Kendall, and Boynton Beach, Florida.

The new restaurants will be located at Doral Square at 8700 NW 36th Street in Doral, 11800 Mills Drive in Kendall, and 1800 N. Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach, according to a press release from JLL. The Doral location is expected to open in the first quarter of 2027, followed by Boynton Beach in the second or third quarter of 2027 and Kendall in the first quarter of 2028.

The Doral restaurant will span approximately 4,726 square feet on the ground floor of Doral Square and will feature a large wraparound patio. The Kendall location will occupy approximately 4,663 square feet, plus patio space, within an open-air shopping center owned by Kimco Realty. In Boynton Beach, the restaurant will take up approximately 3,890 square feet on the ground floor of a mixed-use property at 1800 N. Congress Avenue.

Founded nearly 20 years ago, Sicilian Oven has grown into a familiar restaurant brand throughout South Florida, with a focus on wood-fired cooking and neighborhood dining. The company currently operates 10 locations across the region, primarily in Broward and Palm Beach counties. The three new leases represent an expansion into additional South Florida communities, including the brand’s first move into Boynton Beach.

The expansion follows a strategic investment from private equity firm Goode Partners, which is helping Sicilian Oven accelerate its growth throughout Florida and the Southeast. The restaurant group previously expanded at a pace of one or two locations per year but is now pursuing multiple opportunities, with several additional leases reportedly in negotiation.

The new restaurants will continue Sicilian Oven’s focus on authentic Sicilian specialties, wood-fired pizzas, and Italian cuisine. The brand has built its following around a family-friendly atmosphere and neighborhood-focused hospitality, with a menu that includes wood-fired dishes and Italian classics.

“We’re super excited about the opportunity to expand the Sicilian Oven brand into new markets throughout South Florida,” said Ralph Disalvo and Andrew Garavuso of Sicilian Oven. “As we grow, it’s extremely important to us that we stay true to what has made Sicilian Oven successful from the beginning: our authentic Sicilian specialties, wood-fired cooking, and welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. We’ve always believed ‘We’re Not Your Typical Italian Restaurant,’ and we’re excited to introduce that experience to even more communities across South Florida.”
