Luxury has landed on Las Olas. On Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Caviar Club by Falsetto Hospitality invited the public into a world of low lighting, velvet textures, flowing Champagne and unapologetic indulgence at 833 East Las Olas Boulevard, in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale and in the middle of Las Olas Boulevard. The American steakhouse and late-night destination channels the glamour of 1980’s Wall Street and Hollywood Regency, with European influences, theatrical service and a distinctly Fort Lauderdale pulse.

Caviar Club is open to the public. No membership is required to dine, drink or enjoy the scene. Membership simply brings additional privileges. Reservations are made exclusively through www.caviarclubftl.com, and guests are encouraged to reserve early or join the reservation waitlist for their preferred evening.

“The opening of Caviar Club is literally the culmination of a career-long dream,” says founder Marc Falsetto, the restaurateur behind the 2023 relaunch of Anthony’s Runway 84 and South Florida concepts including Tacocraft, Pizza Craft and Apothecary 330 in a statement. “This is my most ambitious project yet and we cannot wait to see the space come alive and share it with the general public and our Founding 100. We are anticipating a very busy winter.”

Two Rooms One Irresistible Night

The 40-seat Bar Room, including bar seating, sets the mood from 4PM daily. Its own menu of elegant bar bites, signature Bar Room classics and luxurious caviar service pairs with ice-cold martinis and prestige Champagne. The experience is cocktail-driven: arrive for an aperitif, settle in for a French Dip, and find another reason to stay. The full dinner menu is served exclusively in the Dining Room. Available exclusively in the Bar Room, the Wagyu dry-aged burger is ground in-house daily and limited to just 12 each night, served on a first-come, first-served basis. When they’re gone, they’re gone. The intimate, 88-seat Dining Room opens nightly for the complete dinner experience. Captains move through the room, Dover sole is filleted tableside, Wagyu prime rib commands attention, and dry-aged prime steaks arrive with the ceremony they deserve. Dinner is designed to unfold at a leisurely pace, with attentive hospitality and indulgence in every detail.

Dressed for the Occasion

Designed by New York’s Garrett Singer Studio, the interiors layer burl walnut and dark woods with gleaming gold accents, mirrors, Art Deco lighting, animal prints and sumptuous fabrics, including Dolce & Gabbana and Scalamandré. Burnt-orange velvet jackets and purple velvet bow ties carry the room’s personality into service. A strict dress code in both rooms makes dressing for the evening part of the pleasure.

An Appetite for Indulgence

Executive Chef Jeremy Loya and Corporate Executive Chef/Partner Robbyns Martinez lead a menu that gives American steakhouse classics a glamorous European accent. Corporate Pastry Chef Alicia Montalvo oversees bread service and desserts, bringing the same sense of pleasure and presentation to the beginning and end of the meal.

At the center of the Dining Room experience are Dover Sole Meunière filleted tableside; Australian Wagyu prime rib, and a curated selection of dry-aged prime steaks and exceptional cuts from around the world. Caviar receives its own moment in the spotlight, with service exclusively featuring The Only Caviar and an extensive selection that includes rare Beluga and Albino offerings. Other highlights include bluefin tuna pizza with truffle ponzu aioli, shallots, chives and Siberian caviar; a French Dip with a Baccarat crystal sidecar of jus; Lobster Frites; and hashbrowns finished with crème fraîche, chives, caviar and truffle snow. From a first spoonful of caviar to a final bite of dessert, the menu is built for guests who enjoy a little excess. “We took classic American comfort food and gave it a high-fashion twist. Steaks, caviar, martinis — all the essentials — but with a wink. It’s indulgent and nostalgic at the same time, like a great night out in the city that just keeps getting better,” says Falsetto.

Martini Culture and a Cellar Worth Exploring

Corporate Beverage Director Danielle Falsetto – a Level 3 sommelier – has shaped a cocktail program rooted in serious martini culture, polished classics and playful indulgence. Inspired by legendary institutions such as Bemelmans Bar and The St. Regis New York, the list brings a sense of occasion to the cocktail hour, with elegant presentation and the glamour of a proper night out. Wine Director David Gerardu works alongside Falsetto to guide a cellar of more than 300 French and American labels, with prestige Champagnes, all five Bordeaux First Growths, and selections from some of Burgundy’s most distinguished domaines and producers. Caviar Club holds the largest collection of Hundred Acre wines in the southeastern United States, offering an extraordinary opportunity to explore one of Napa Valley’s most coveted names. The restaurant also features the only Macallan Vault collection in Broward County, bringing another rare expression of indulgence to Las Olas.

At Nine the Night Takes a Turn

At 9PM nightly, both the Bar Room and Dining Room shift into high energy. The soundtrack moves into nu-disco, French house and reimagined ’80s favorites, the room becomes more electric, and a leisurely dinner becomes the beginning of a longer night. The Bar Room carries the evening into the wee hours, with martinis, Champagne and the seductive atmosphere of a European luxury lounge. Conceived as a destination for tastemakers, socialites and celebrity guests, Caviar Club brings a see-and-be-seen spirit to Las Olas while keeping warm hospitality at its center. A private entrance accommodates VIP and celebrity arrivals. The invitation to experience the restaurant, however, extends to everyone.

Membership Has Its Privileges

The Founding 100 adds a private layer of benefits to a restaurant that is fully open to the public. Its invitation-only membership is capped at 100, with a waitlist for future consideration. Guests do not need to become members or join the membership waitlist to book dinner, walk into the Bar Room or enjoy Caviar Club after dark. Member privileges include priority reservations, preferred seating and dedicated concierge service, alongside a private calendar of intimate events, menu previews, off-menu tastings and curated gatherings. The program extends beyond the restaurant through rare wine and spirits allocations, private tastings, and bespoke travel and lifestyle experiences. Planned experiences include Napa Valley vineyard tastings, Macallan Estate “Vault Nights,” and invitation-only collaborations with luxury brands and producers including Dom Pérignon, Opus One, The Only Caviar, Moët & Chandon and LVMH. Those interested in future membership consideration are encouraged to inquire about the membership waitlist through the Caviar Club website.
