Paon Restaurant & Wine Bar have leased a new space in Carlsbad. Mike Spilky of Location Matters, who represented the landlord and tenant, confirms Paon will move into a 4,700 square foot restaurant previously occupied by West Steak and Seafood on Avenida Encinas which closed in 2020.
