Novo Brazil Brewing Company is finally ready to announce their continued expansion plans in the South Bay. They’ll be adding a taproom to Imperial Beach’s Bikeway Village, overlooking the San Diego skyline on the Bayshore Bikeway route.

Headquartered in Chula Vista, Novo Brazing Brewing along with Nova Easy Kombucha have expanded to four locations since 2015. You can find them in Chula Vista, Otay Ranch, Market on 8th Food Hall in National City, and on Newport Avenue in Ocean Beach.

Much like their pub in Otay Ranch, Novo Brazil plans to debut in IB serving up a similar food menu of Brazilian-inspired shareable plates like Coxinha (chicken croquettes) and empanadas, plus entrees like grilled skewers, salads, and burgers.

The site at Bikeway Village was originally planned for Coronado Brewing, who later pulled out of the project. While a hub for active San Diegans and birdwatchers, the new spot sits in a quiet neighborhood off of Palm Avenue with picturesque scenery.

Novo Brazil Founder Tiago Carneiro confirms with What Now San Diego the new location is expected to open by October 2022. Find beers and kombucha by visiting the Novo Brazil Website for more information.
