The Eclair Affaire is establishing two locations soon in south Florida. The concepts are coming from Sofia Chalvatzoglou of Affaire Patisserie, a catering and wholesale bakery in Davie, where the online Eclair Affaire business is operating as well.
The first location, which we found due to plan review filings with the DBPR, will be located at 1150 Weston Road. Chalvatzoglou reports that they are waiting on the landlord to complete some construction so that they can do their own build-out. They estimate being open in a few months.
The other location will be opening rather soon in the Alton Food Hall & Eatery at 955 Alton Road in Miami Beach. The food hall is a relatively new elevated eating venue. Chalvatzoglou expects to be opened in May.
Eclair Affaire is described on the website as being not just a “pastry shop.” The curated and stylish experience is intended to embrace everyone who enters the bakery.
