The Taiwanese tea chain, Presotea, is working on their latest location in Rancho Bernardo. According to permits filed with the city, construction is underway at Mercado Shopping Center to transform a former dry cleaning storefront into a cafe.
Presotea has opened over 400 locations in 12 countries; since launching in the US, they can now be found in 17 states and counting. The company has been developing their franchise in Southern California since 2020, promising 10 new stores from LA to San Diego. You can currently get your boba tea fix locally at Presotea in Mission Beach.
Their menu includes an Iced Mango Green Tea with Crystal Boba pearls, and blended beverages like the Strawberry Cloud or Oreo Cookie Cream Slush.
