The Parlay Kitchen + Cocktails in Chandler has been serving up some of the best handcrafted recipes and cocktails since 2019. This month the restaurant announced that they will be expanding with a second location at 9220 East Vía de Ventura off the 101 in Scottsdale.
Kyle Walters, who owns The Parlay with wife Erica, tells What Now Phoenix that they are soon to begin construction in anticipation of an opening this fall. Walters looks forward to having one of the biggest outdoor dining patios at The Parlay’s future Scottsdale location.
The 4,000 square-foot outdoor space will be equipped with heaters, fire pits, and misters for comfort during any season of the year. The Scottsdale location will serve the same great tasting menu and will also house a glass-enclosed wine room similar to the Chandler restaurant.
