The Texas-based chain is headed into South Florida with plans to open an outfit in Boca Raton. On Wednesday, What Now conducted a brief phone interview with CEO Jeff Carcara to confirm details.

The wine-on-tap concept is planned to appear at 5050 Town Center Circle, according to an online job posting. Carcara said that the unit is under construction as of now, and we can look forward to an end-of-the-summer opening, probably in the middle of August.

In the Boca Shopping Center, Sixty Vines will neighbor other upscale eateries, like Morton’s Steakhouse, Copperfish Kitchen and Tap 42 Craft Kitchen and Bar.

The brand offers their guests a selection of 40 wines on tap, and a total of 60 different wines available by the glass. To pair with their curated selection, they offer season proteins, like Atlantic Salmon, Angus NY Strip, Rainbow Trout and several others.
