Creative House has set their sights on their next property development project: Civico by The Park. The restaurant at the base of the Manchester Financial Centre building on Fifth and Laurel closed in January 2022. SanDiegoVille first reported the 7,000-square-foot space has changed hands to make way for a yet-to-be-named restaurant.

Creative House is San Diego’s commercial real estate driven property acquisition and development company behind projects like Nolita Hall, Lofty Coffee Co. in Little Italy, and Half Door Brewing Company in East Village.

Founder Douglas Hamm confirmed with What Now San Diego that Creative House has taken over the space and is early in the process of establishing the revamped concept to debut in the Banker’s Hill unit.

What Now San Diego is tracking updates on the project and will share details as they become available. For more information on the Creative House and their affiliated projects, visit their Website
