Escondido Vietnamese Restaurant Upgrading to New Space

Central Escondido restaurant, Phở Trúc Xanh, are planning a move this year but are committed to serving North County. The restaurant will relocate to Vista, replacing the former Pho Lucky restaurant in Shadowridge Plaza shopping center. 

Phở Trúc Xanh serves Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine, plus offers catering services. Their menu includes traditional Pho bowls, Bánh Mì sandwiches, rice vermicelli bowls, and Chinese house specialties like fried rice and orange chicken.

A rep for Phở Trúc Xanh tells What Now San Diego the new location offers them more space and they will be making some renovations and upgrading furniture before moving in to their new Vista home.

Not to worry, Phở Trúc Xanh remains open in Escondido for the time being. They anticipate opening in Vista by Fall 2022. Get to know their menu by visiting their Website
