Culinary Gangster is a new restaurant coming soon to Scottsdale. According to recent real estate intel obtained by What Now Phoenix, Culinary Gangster has secured a 1,600 square-foot space at 14891 N. Northsight Blvd. between At Home and Kohl’s off Loop 101.

Culinary Gangster is a Chicago-based cookery that has operated a food truck in the greater Chicago area, as well as here in the Valley for the last few years. In 2020, they opened their first brick-and-mortar restaurant in the northern Chicago suburb of Glenview.

Nearly two years later, it looks like Culinary Gangster is also getting ready to establish permanent roots in the Valley. Owner Richard Raschillo tells What Now Phoenix that this Arizona restaurant will primarily serve healthy fare, serving up Burgers, Sandwiches, Quinoa Bowls, Wraps, Salads, and Breakfast.

Expect a fine dining experience open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner starting in September of this year. Until then, check out the menu at culinarygangsteraz.com and follow @culinarygangsteraz on Instagram for updates.
