Expert catering business Adriana’s Cocina is preparing to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Temecula. The Mexican restaurant will replace a former Which Wich at the Villages At Paseo Del Sol shopping center.
Owner Adriana Dominguez tells What Now San Diego she’s bringing her years of experience and world travels to introduce a new take on traditional Mexican food to Temecula. Expect international influences and flavors of the Mediterranean in their scratch-made sauces and moles.
The dedicated staff of Adriana’s Cocina has been serving the local community of Temecula, Murrieta, and North County San Diego as a full-service catering company since 2014.
Adriana’s Cocina will bring a lot of the family-based catering elements to the new restaurant. While the menu is still being developed for in-house dining, we can expect lots of shareable options and family-style plates.
Catering services will still be offered once the restaurant is open, providing professional banquet service and stylized bar packages at weddings, family gatherings, and private parties. Dominguez also offers pop-up style themed menus for hosted dinners to showcase different cuisine styles.
