CycleBar, the world’s largest indoor cycling franchise, recently hosted grand re-opening at their Uptown Dallas location. CycleBar Uptown Dallas, located at 2020 Cedar Springs, Suite 180, celebrated its grand re-opening, offering new members to join the studio at a discounted price, and giving the Dallas community an opportunity to become familiar with the new owners and the CycleBar experience. The Dallas LGBT Chamber of Commerce kicked off the celebration with a ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by cycling classes, and a block party where members and business partners could mingle.
CycleBar Uptown Dallas is owned and operated by David Hrncirik and Jorge Avalos, who will oversee the theater-style indoor cycling studio. Prior to David and Jorge making their entrepreneurial plunge three months ago, Jorge was a CycleBar instructor, and both are excited to take on their new roles as business owners. They want their Uptown Dallas location to be the place where community rides together and are venturing into business ownership to create a legacy that their two-year old daughter can look up to.
Instructors preside over five CycleBar core class formats – Classic, Connect, Performance, Empower and Xpress – which are designed to give riders of all fitness levels an exhilarating experience. Using enhanced mood lighting and CycleBeats, proprietary CycleBar playlists that are sent to and can be downloaded by riders after class, instructors encourage riders to keep pedaling while performance data known as CycleStats can be monitored on massive flat screen TV’s located in the front of the CycleTheatre.
Under new ownership, CycleBar Uptown Dallas is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive community, where anyone can come and feel at home. The studio offers pay-per-class, class packs and auto-renewable memberships. Riders will enjoy complimentary shoe rental, filtered water, towels, showers, lockers, and an opportunity to participate in challenges with their fellow riders.
