Located at the Moxy East Village Hotel in New York, Cathédrale offers Chef Jason Hall’s take on French-Mediterranean cuisine that, as the brand’s website describes it, “paints a picture of the coastal cuisine of Southern France, with brushstrokes of Italy, Spain, and Greece…”

It has now been announced that Cathédrale will open a location in Las Vegas. It’s being brought to the city by Aria Resort & Casino and Tao Group Hospitality. For the moment, details remain scarce about the move.

A description of Cathédrale’s Moxy location reads as follows:

“Signature dishes include starters such as Grilled Baby Artichokes with Sauce Vert and 100yr Balsamic, and Hamachi Crudo with Green Apple and Black Olive Oil. Main courses include Atlantic Halibut with Spring Vegetables, Morel Mushrooms and Verjus-Brown Butter; Diver Scallops with Rainbow Swiss Chard, Kyoto Carrots and Capers; and 30-Day Dry-Aged Ribeye Steak with Rotisserie Leeks & Bearnaise Sauce.”

Stay tuned for updates as the story of Cathédrale’s Las Vegas debut takes shape.
