Fresh on the heels of opening their fifth brewpub along Bikeway Village in Imperial Beach, Novo Brazil Brewing Company is already planning their next move for growth in the region. San Diego Beer News reports that there’s more to come for the South Bay brewery in the near future. Novo is scouting for an additional four taproom sites to open in 2023.
Headquartered in Chula Vista, Novo Brazing Brewing along with Nova Easy Kombucha have expanded to five locations since 2015. You can find them in Chula Vista, Otay Ranch, Market on 8th Food Hall in National City, on Newport Avenue in Ocean Beach, and now in Imperial Beach.
Their restaurants serve up Brazilian-inspired dishes like Coxinha (chicken croquettes) and empanadas, plus entrees like grilled skewers, salads, and burgers.
On tap, guests will find NOVO beers along with their full portfolio of beverages including NOVA easy kombuchas (hard and non-alcoholic), California Spritz beer cocktails, and hard seltzers.
