The Mini Donut Company is heading north to set up another quick stop for sweet treats. According to their website, the dessert brand is preparing their third location at Windmill Food Hall in Carlsbad.
The business currently operates out of Liberty Station and Little Italy Food Hall. Earlier this year, Owner Matt Whiffen shared to What Now San Diego that their business was setting up a commercial kitchen in the UTC area in order to increase service to their various outposts and offer private catering services to local businesses in the Sorrento Valley and Miramar areas.
From glazed to sprinkled or topped with crunchy cereal, The Mini Donut Company offers bite-sized treats in a variety of flavors daily. Every day flavors include Cinnamon & Sugar, Powdered Sugar, plus Chocolate with sprinkles or Vanilla with sprinkles. Find seasonal flavors and holiday specialties or custom order a batch for any occasion.
