More new food options are incoming at John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana with TAPS Fish House & Brewery set to land next year.

The team is anticipating a late first-quarter or early second-quarter opening at 18601 Airport Way #2067, according to Mission Yogurt, Inc. P.R. representative Jordan Blakesley.

If the Mission Yogurt name rings a bell, that’s because Rod Tafoya and his team of airport empresarios are also the folks behind the new Greenleaf Craft Kitchen & Cocktails, another upcoming John Wayne addition.

TAPS Fish House & Brewery might sound familiar to OC denizens, too. There’s already two locations of the concept in the county, one in Corona, and the original TAPS in Brea that’s been going strong since 1999.

The concept is known for its globally inspired takes on fresh seafood and even features a full sushi bar. TAPS also has a full slate of burgers and steaks for more carnivorous travelers and, of course, a selection of propriety brews from sister concept TAPS Brewery.
