Sessions West Coast Deli has two new Orange County locations in the works. Owner Matt Meddock plans to open at 47 The Shops Blvd.
in Mission Viejo and 3333 Bristol St. at Costa Mesa’s South Coast Plaza.

Since its founding in 2013, Sessions West Coast Deli has sought to turn “the restaurant industry upside down by serving up an unorthodox local vibe with imaginative unmatched flavor profiles that represents [their] West Coast culture.” That means fresh food made from scratch with a focus on local ingredients, community, and charities.

The concept, which currently boasts four active locations, all of which are in Orange County, builds its menu around an expansive selection of salads and sandwiches, along with a selection of shareable appetizers and a full breakfast slate. They also offer some of “Chef Max’s Favorites,” which includes a burger and friend chicken sandwich.

Both locations will be at premier Orange County shopping destinations. The Shops at Mission Viejo, A Simon Property, and South Coast Plaza, operated by the Segerstrom Family, feature a diverse selection of shopping and dining juggernauts.
