While an address and details for the company’s expansion plans are currently unclear, a Denver-based Craigslist ad posted days ago seeks a Food Truck Operator. The reason? “[Sweet Cow is] growing, and that means expanding our talented truck team.”

Started in 2011 by Drew Honness, Sweet Cow Moomobile “bring[s] everyone’s favorite sweet cow treats to their doorsteps and office parks.” They also “create ice cream that is handcrafted on site and served fresh daily.” The company boasts seven Colorado locations and a multitude of varying ice cream flavors that customers can mix and match to their liking.

The Sweet Cow reservation process is simple: Customers check out the menu and pricing, reserve the moomobile through a deposit-free system, and agree to the moomobile guidelines (e.g. minimums are dependent on the day, time, location, and duration of your event. You will be charged for the exact amount of ice cream that is ordered the day of the event or your event minimum, whichever amount is higher. And a 20% gratuity will be added to your final bill.)

What’s more, Sweet Cow uses compostable and recyclable products and “pride [them]selves on being the cleanest ice cream shop on the planet.”

Stay tuned for specifics of Sweet Cow’s growth plans.
