Juice Cafe is putting the final touches on its second location. The coffee and juice shop is headed to the coast, setting up its next storefront on Wall Street in La Jolla.
Husband and wife duo Carlos and Marilyn Pulliam will operate the La Jolla location, offering a similar menu to its flagship cafe which opened this year at El Cajon’s Parkway Plaza shopping mall.
Carlos Pulliam tells What Now San Diego guests are enjoying the unique drinks Juice Cafe specializes in and the business is preparing to launch online with their sights set on future locations in San Diego down the road.
Juice Cafe offers a variety of Hawaiian coffee drinks, smoothies, and boba tea drinks. Pulliam shares some of the guest favorites include the blended Matcha Haupia or Taro Haupia drinks with boba, Coconut Breeze Coffee, and Plantation Tea sourced directly from a family-owned farm in Hawaii and comes in flavors like mango or pineapple.
An opening in La Jolla is dependent on the permitting process with the city but if all goes well, Juice Cafe is expected to open by the July 4th holiday. Juice Cafe will be located at 1122 Wall St in La Jolla, CA.
