Crafted Culture surprised followers with an announcement of a second restaurant on the way. SanDiegoVille shared that the crafty restaurant will replace the Monsaraz Hotel’s in-house restaurant, Westerly Public House.

Hospitality group Empress Capital Investments introduced Crafted Culture in 2021 as part of its portfolio of restaurants which includes Death by Tequila and The Hen House.

Currently operating in Sabre Springs, Crafted Culture prides itself on its elevated craft cocktails, local craft beer, and complementary dishes like gourmet flatbreads, shareable pub foods like Craft Wings or Halloumi Fries with scratch-made sauces, and gourmet sandwiches like the Crafted Burger.

The dinner menu features entrees like Glazed Angus Skirt Steak, Citrus King Salmon, Marys Half Chicken, and sides like Duck Fat Fries or Truffle Mac and Cheese. Crafted Culture also offers a savory brunch menu and seasonal additions.

Crafted Culture gives a quick glimpse of its new coastal home on social media, with harbor views and a bright and welcoming dining area. No additional details are shared ahead of the official announcement.

No word yet on when we can expect the closure of Westerly Public House and transfer of operations to Crafted Culture. Stay updated by following their Instagram page for details.
