The beloved breakfast and 24-hour diner IHOP will soon begin construction on a Kyle location at 17500 Camino Real. The restaurant will be in a unique location, at the intersection of 130 and 21, an area underpopulated by food and beverage establishments.
A franchise, this location will be run by Nazarian Global Enterprises, an experienced Houston-based IHOP franchisee with seventeen locations nationwide.
“Our story began when Hnreck Nazarian came to the United States in 1979 with $300 and an unstoppable work ethic,” the group’s official website states.
“Hnreck worked as many jobs as he could, often working his way up from an entry level job to management. All along the way, he had family and friends who supported him…Over the years Nazarian Global Enterprises has opened several independent restaurants and more than 17 IHOP franchises across the country.”
As readers may well know, the IHOP menu features a dizzying array of breakfast options such as omelets, scrambles, french toast, and their famous pancakes. The brand also offers a robust lunch and dinner menu featuring American classics such as hamburgers, deli sandwiches, and more.
Costing an estimated $500,000, construction of the 2,490 square foot restaurant is set to begin this fall and completion is projected for late 2024.
