NoCo Hospitality, the Austin hospitality company behind notable bars such as Higher End and Superstition, is spearheading at least two upcoming concepts, according to recent reporting in The Austin Business Joutnal
“Two more bars are in the works — one for Manor Road in East Austin and one in the West Campus neighborhood near the University of Texas,” the report states.
The West Campus project will be a 1750 square foot “elevated sports bar” located at 504 W 24th St., “with indoor and outdoor space, including food.” The establishment is projected to open in the fall.
“We don’t want to compete with ourselves in a lot of ways,” Soriano said to The Business Journal. “So each of our concepts has a very distinct vibe and aesthetic so that we can offer different offerings to the community. … We know that we can have a concept like Skinny’s and it not compete with our demographic at Superstition. And it’s just one cohesive ecosystem.”
The newest concepts coming up for NoCo are an elevated sports bar in West Campus, located at 504 W 24th St., with indoor and outdoor space, including food. This 1,750-square-foot unnamed project is slated to open in the fall, and lease terms are expected to be finalized this week.
