The incoming Crow Bar will open at 3801 Osage St Denver, CO 80211, according to a commercial construction permit filed with the city and confirmed by Crow Bar’s owner Shane Maki.
Maki told What Now Denver the new location will open several months from now.
Permit details for the project are as follows:
“Build a bar in the existing building. No food will be served and only drinks. Redo bathrooms to be ADA compliant, new bar, new RTU units, sinks per health department, paint. No additional square footage will be added; interior alterations.”
It’s currently unclear if Maki’s maiden operation of the same name, located at 4395 Yates St., will move to the new building. Alternatively, the Osage St space could possibly house a second Crow Bar location. A full interview with Maki regarding these details is forthcoming.
