Holy Ceviche has hit the ground running with its mobile restaurant and catering company. According to a recent permit filing, the seafood-focused eatery is expected to grow across South County San Diego.
Owner Roger Canez shares with What Now San Diego that Holy Ceviche has joined the Market on 8th food hall in National City and is staying busy with corporate catering and special events.
The business is currently working on placing its three food carts at various locations and establishing partnerships with breweries in Imperial Beach, and is currently negotiating plans to bring more carts to Central San Diego’s most popular event venues.
Specializing in modern Mexican seafood, the mobile eatery serves a menu of ceviche-topped tostadas with your choice of the catch of the day, shrimp, Yellowfin tuna, or a fintastic blend of all available seafood on the Tostada de Holy Ceviche. Also on the menu, sashimi-style plates, shrimp cocktail, aguachile, raw oysters by the half shell, and oyster shots.
