Local brunch joint Loaded Cafe is adding to its list of eateries in the SoCal area. Records show that the establishment will be building a new construction restaurant at 1832 N Tustin St. in Orange.

Plans submitted to the Orange County Health Care Agency last week reveal the company will be joining the retailers in the area, along with its new bakery subsidiary My Panecito. The restaurant being built will be under 2,000 square feet, plans state.

The business uses the slogan “American Cuisine With A Touch Of Mexican Flavor” and was founded by the son of an immigrant franchise owner. My Panecito products, fresh mini cakes and Mexican breads, are already currently sold at Loaded Cafe locations.

Loaded Cafe is a chain that started almost a decade ago in Long Beach. The company has since grown to Gardena, Lawndale, Bellflower, Santa Ana, and Placentia establishments that are open now.
