According to recent report in in Bungalower, a new healthy fast-casual restaurant concept will soon be opening at 331 S. Park Avenue, occupying in the former home of Mon Petit Cheri Cafe.

“Bricks and Bowls by Ghost Kitchen Orlando will be the flagship location for the company which has primarily cut its teeth on virtual kitchen concepts before opening a location in the food court at Millennia Mall,” the report states.

“This will be the local company’s first significant brick-and-mortar restaurant concept and it will feature ‘nutritious meals crafted with care.’”

The menu is based on a build-your-own-bowl model, offering up five greens, six bases, 11 proteins, 32 toppings, and nine dressings. Sandwiches include the Ghost Pepper Focaccia Sandwich—thin-sliced grilled chicken, swiss cheese, onions, pickles, and a smoked ghost chili sauce over fresh focaccia. The establishment will also serve up beer, wine, and seltzers.

No opening date has been set.
