Kei Lab is Enroute to Costa Mesa

A new Kei Concepts eatery is opening in Costa Mesa at the SOCO complex. Kei Lab is the name of the establishment, and it is listed on the hospitality group’s website as “coming soon” to 3321 Hyland Ave E.

The restaurant has filed for liquor licensing for a property at 3321 Hyland Ave E, What Now Media found. It will be one of many exciting culinary concepts at the vibrant retail and arts center. 

Kei Lab will be a dynamic test kitchen and bar where the Kei team works on and gives patrons previews of upcoming menu items from the group’s various restaurants: Sup Noodle Bar, The Vox Kitchen, Nep Cafe, Kin Izakaya, ROL Hand Roll Bar, INI Ristorante, and Kei Supper Club.

Kei Concepts also has several other new food and beverage brands it is rolling out this year: The Sugarcane Press, Dim Sum & Seafood, and Kei Coffee House. Another The Vox Kitchen location is also expected in later 2024.
